Mhub Saas AB has intensified the work to create the services and processes of the future both externally and internally. A major enabler for realizing our vision is the development of our new efficient IT services and digitization for both operations and users.

Job description

As Head of Programming and Development (CTO) you will be responsible for leading, coordinating and following up our total technical IT environment and ensuring an effective delivery of IT services internally as well as to our customers' businesses. You work together with the management of our technical infrastructure and are the manager of a team consisting of local developers and an outsourced team of IT specialists. You are responsible for procuring external suppliers to ensure that the IT infrastructure and digital environment work efficiently and effectively. Together with our CEO, you develop frameworks and principles for our IT architecture and ensure the efficient operation of the company's IT services and deliveries. You report to the CEO.

The role also includes:

• Follow up the delivery of IT services by external partners and suppliers in order to set appropriate and required deliveries.

• Manage technology budgets and timeframes.

• Stay up to date on IT trends and developments.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a university degree, alternatively have equivalent work experience. Additional knowledge in business administration/marketing, digitization is meritorious. You can communicate freely in Swedish and English, in speech as well as in writing as this is required in the daily work.

Furthermore, we see that you have:

• About 10 years of experience as a software developer. in IT

• Experience and knowledge ofWindows serversTypeScript, JavaScriptC#SQL, både MSSQL samt Maria DBMVC razor engineGulp

• Leadership experience from managing cross-functional teams within complex IT operations.

• Experience in procuring and outsourcing complex IT services to external suppliers.

• Experience in analyzing IT operations' processes and how these can be streamlined to create the requested service and efficiency.

• Experience from running infrastructure development and infrastructure projects.

About the workplace:

Mhub SaaS AB has office premises in central Stockholm, we also have a very flexible office with a widespread culture of being able to work wherever you are. "IT nomad". i.e. if you have the right qualities, it doesn't matter where you live between Luleå and Ystad.

Form of employment
Permanent employment. The scope of work is full-time, daytime.

Market monthly salary.
